Registration is open for the Blue Ox Sport Psychology Mental Performance Training.Blue ox mental training

The clinics are open to boys and girls of all ages and will feature Theresa Giunta, MS, Mental Performance Coach.
The mission of Your Limitless Mind, Mental Performance training is to aid athletes in their lacrosse development by using the skills learned on the field to build confident, team oriented and mentally tough individuals.

The program will help players gain resilience and recovery from mistakes with a “never give up” attitude, confidence, enhance focus and maintain focus in the present moment, develop effective communication skills, the ability to cope in high pressure situations and work effectively with teammates: all skills that are essential to becoming a mentally strong and LIMITLESS lacrosse player. The goal is to inspire and empower players to reach their full potential both on and off the playing field using mental skills training.

The 6-week program includes sessions geared towards goal setting, awareness, growth from mistakes, communication, pressure and playing your roll on the field.

When: 830-9pm immediately following lacrosse training
HS Girls: Tuesday Nights from September 27-November 1
HS Boys: Wednesday Nights from September 28-November 2
