Phillylacrosse.com honors the 2016 All-Phillylacrosse.com Boys’ Team for South Jersey.

Player of the Year: Lenape senior face-off specialist Conor Gaffney
Coach of the Year: Lenape’s Bill Sutphin, who led the Indians to the South Jersey Group 4 title and a 17-2 record.

Charlie Kitchen, St. Augustine Prep, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Hermits to Non-Public Group A semifinals … Had 57 goals and 22 assists … Signed with Delaware.
Collin Love, Clearview, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Had 65 goals … Helped lead team to fourth straight Gloucester County Cup title … Will play at Stevenson.
Dan Wigley, Shawnee, Jr. – Had 42 goals, including seven in one game … Committed to Loyola.
Bryan Wright, Moorestown, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Had 64 goals and 38 assists … Helped lead Quakers to South Jersey Group 3 title … Signed with Tampa.
Tim Montgomery, Lenape, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Indians to SJ Group 4 finals … Had 33 goals and 58 assists.

Midfield
Jared Chiachetti, St. Augustine Prep, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Helped lead Hermits to Non-Public Group A semifinals … Had 30 goals and 32 assists … Signed with Maryland.
Frankie Labetti, Moorestown, Jr. – Helped lead Quakers to South Jersey Group 3 title … Strong at Face-Off X, he also scored 54 goals … Committed to Monmouth.
Matt Smith, Lenape, Sr. – Helped lead Indians to SJ Group 4 finals … Had 37 goals … Will play at Gettysburg.
Jackson Specht, Clearview, Sr. – US Lacrosse All-American, Academic All-American … Helped lead Pioneers to Jersey Group 3 final … Had 37 goals … Will play at Virginia Military Institute.

Defensemen
Nick Diaco, West Deptford, Sr. – Had over 20 goals and 90 groundballs … Originally committed to Albany and will play football at Colgate.
Joey Mercado, Lenape, Sr. – Helped lead Indians to SJ Group 4 finals … Mainstay on a defense that allowed 10 or more goals just once … Signed with Mount St. Mary’s.
Jay Scerbo, Kingsway, defender, Sr. – Helped lead Dragons to SJ Group 4 semifinals … Signed with Seton Hill.
Chris Fake, Hun School, Jr. – US Lacrosse All-American … Anchor of defense that helped Hun reach quarterfinals of Inter-Ac Challenge … Committed to Yale.
