Conestoga 2020 defenseman Scott Smith has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University.

Why did you choose this school? “I chose Johns Hopkins because it is a great academic school and has a great coach and lacrosse program.”
Outlook for 2017 HS season? “I hope to make varsity and I know that won’t be easy so I will have to work hard. I hope to win as many state championships as possible.”
