Spring-Ford 2017 midfielder/attackman Tate Pijanowski has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Albright College.

Why did you choose this school? “Albright is not only going to push me to be the best lacrosse player I can be, but the education I am going to receive will prepare me for success. From my very first visit it was obvious the team was a brotherhood and they all looked out for each other, something I have come to appreciate at Spring-Ford under Coach Donnelly. I could also see the desire for success amongst the team and to me that is a very important factor. Going along with a strong lacrosse program, the top notch business program made it clear Albright College was the right fit for me.”
Outlook for 2017 HS season? “We are coming off of a strong season that came to an unfortunate and abrupt end. We are looking to continue the Spring-Ford Lacrosse tradition as we will have a solid team with many talented players returning.”
People to thank: “I want to thank my parents for helping me through this entire process as it was not easy, and for encouraging me to pursue my goal of playing lacrosse in college. I would also like to thank my high school coaches, Coach Donnelly and Coach Czapor, for making me the player I am today.”
