Loyola Academy (IL) 2019 midfielder Najee Taylor, who plays for the Duke’s Lacrosse Club, has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Notre Dame University.

What will you major in/study? Finance

Why did you choose the school? “The academic and athletic programs are the best fit for me. Notre Dame’s resources are tremendous, including a huge alumni system. There is a great business school at Notre Dame and the future looks extremely bright for the Irish.”

HS team’s outlook for 2017 season? “We lost some senior starters, but we have some talented young guys that will step up this year. Our team currently has eight D1 commits. We are looking to compete against some of the top high school programs in the country, including Victor, Calvert Hall, Georgetown Prep, Culver, and others. Our main goal is to win another state championship.”
