Molly McDonough

High School: Harriton High School

Graduation Year: 2018

Position: Midfield

College Choice: University of Vermont

Club affiliation: Quaker City

Lacrosse Honors: Duke University Camp All-Star, St. Joseph University 4v4 winner

Academic Honors: Honor Roll

What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose the school? “I chose the University of Vermont because it is the perfect fit for me. UVM’s support for student athletes was a huge factor and the great balance of academics and athletics was just what I was looking for. Coach (Jen) Johnson, Coach (Remington) Steele, and their players were all so welcoming and kind, and the support among the team members was great.”

HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “My teammates and I have been working very hard during the off-season and we have high aspirations for the upcoming season. We are all working toward one goal, making playoffs again this year!”

Thank You: “I would first like to thank my family and parents for being the best fans and chauffeurs there are, and constantly having my back and supporting me! I would also like to thank my club and high school coach, George Dick, for believing in me and pushing me to become the player I am today. He has been unbelievably supportive throughout the whole recruiting process. Finally, I would like to thank my high school and club teammates for giving me the best lacrosse experience possible!”
