Bridgewater-Raritan High School (NJ) 2017 attack-midfield Ally Stanton has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at East Carolina University.

What will you major in/study? Special Education
Why did you choose ECU? “I was looking for schools that offered Special Education as a major. When I visited the campus I realized it was exactly what I envisioned when I pictured myself in college. Once I met Coach (Amanda) Barnes, Coach (Emily Garrity) Parros and Coach (Lexi) Cross I was ready to commit. It doesn’t hurt that the facilities are amazing!”
Outlook for 2017 HS season? “We are returning all but one of our starters next year and are coming off a loss in the sectional finals. We are shooting to win the tournament of champions. Many of us have been playing together since 5th grade and it will be our last time playing together. We are definitely playing for each other.”
