From Press Release
Blue Ox Lacrosse is pleased to announce former West Chester University All-American Theresa Giunta as its women’s program director.

Blue Ox Lacrosse is dedicated to providing the highest quality instruction in the sport of lacrosse. The program’s goal is to highlight the Pennsylvania area as the premier location for lacrosse as a sport.
The Blue Ox curriculum is derived from years of experience from our elite coaching staff. Blue Ox Lacrosse training focuses on training young men and women to reach their absolute highest potential as an athlete both physically and mentally. Players will reach their potential by participating in our high repetition training.
“We are very fortunate to have Theresa on board here at Blue Ox Lacrosse,” said Blue Ox director Matt Mackrides. “We have seen growth over the past 3 years and this is our next step. Theresa offers a fresh and energetic vision to our standing programs here at Blue Ox and we cannot wait to see what she has planned for our girls division in the future.”
Giunta, currently an assistant at Bishop Shanahan, was a two-time All-American at West Chester who starred at Henderson.
“I’m so excited for this opportunity to launch the women’s side to Blue Ox Lacrosse,” said Giunta. “This is an exciting time for women’s lacrosse as it continues to expand across all levels. My goal is to help these athletes continue to grow the knowledge of lacrosse, improve their skills and develop both the physical and mental edge needed to achieve the elite level of lacrosse.
“Blue Ox Lacrosse is dedicated to focusing on training players to reach their maximal potential as athletes and I am thrilled to be part of their staff.”
