What will you major in/study? “Syracuse University offers many opportunities academically, I am considering a Business Major with an emphasis in either Management or Finance.”

Why did you choose the school? “I chose Syracuse University due to the rich history of academic and athletic excellence. From day one, I felt a strong connection with Coach (John) Desko, coach (Lelan) Rogers and Syracuse University. I felt at home the moment I stepped foot on campus and I have always wanted to be part of a program that consistently competes for a national championship.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “We had a strong 2014 season which included a near miss of advancing to the PA State playoffs. I had the opportunity to be surrounded by many great players my freshman year, and I feel we are well positioned to contend for a Central League, District 1 and PA State Championship with many key starters returning at nearly every position and a great mix of talent both offensively and defensively. It should be an exciting season for JAGS LAX in 2015.”

Thank You: “I would like to thank my parents, coaches and teammates for helping me become the player I am today. My parents got me involved in athletics at an early age, which allowed me to learn how to compete and all their sacrifices ensured that I was able to attend every practice, game, tournament, and showcase over the years. My Garnet Valley Coaches, legendary Coach Urso, Coach Kivlen, Snow and Bonadio for believing in me as a young freshmen, teaching me the necessary skills to compete at the Varsity level and what it takes to become a highly skilled lacrosse player. My Club Team Coaches, Coach Nostrant and Holmes (Mesa Fresh Fever) in providing me the opportunity to play at a high level throughout the Summer and Fall Lacrosse seasons. My Youth Coaches, Coach Nealon (BYC Lacrosse) who introduced me to the great sport of Lacrosse at the age of 6 and have not looked back since; Coach Goforth and Miller of Freedom Lacrosse for their commitment to giving youth players an opportunity to play at a high-level. Many thanks to Coach Urso and Nostrant for all the guidance they have provided throughout the recruiting process to allow me the opportunity to compete and showcase my talents in front of many of the top Division 1 College Coaches.”

Other schools considered? Richmond, High Point, Rutgers, Saint Joe’s, Bellarmine, Bryant and Fairfield
