Archbishop Ryan High School 2015 defenseman Jason Higgins has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Widener University.

Why did you choose Widener? “I wanted to stay close to home and I can tell there is a bright future at Widener and will be a good fit for me.”
Thoughts on this season? “We have a lot of potential this season with a number of returning starters, so our goal is to compete for a Catholic League Championship.”
Thank You: “Thank you to my parents for putting in the time and money taking me to tournaments and supporting me throughout my high school career. Also, my Uncle Paul Taylor who has had a huge impact on lacrosse in NE Philadelphia and is the reason I’m the player I am today.
