The Lax For the Cure girls’ lacrosse tournament raised a record $270,000 for the fight against breast cancer last weekend in an event that drew 256 of the top girls’ lacrosse club teams to New Egypt High, N.J.
The event, run by STEPS Lacrosse, has raised over $1.8 million in eight years.
