.@FusionLax HS boys roundup: Archbishop Wood tops LC in OT; Ryan, La Salle, SJP also win in Catholic League

Tom Cain scored the game-winner as host Archbishop Wood defeated Lansdale Catholic, 7-6, Wednesday in Catholic League boys’ lacrosse.

Brian Kent had three goals, an assist and a groundball for Wood (3-1, 3-0) while Tom Gallen added two goals, an assist and two groundballs. Cain also finished with three groundballs and an assist.

Owen J Roberts 21, Phoenixville 0

Austin Delgatto and Sam Garges each had three goals and an assist for OJR.

Archbishop Ryan 14, Roman Catholic 5

Austin Slawter had four goals and an assist to pace Ryan.
George Washington 11, Truman 7

Connor McMonagle had seven goals and two assists for GW.

La Salle 13, Monsignor Bonner 4

Brett Baskin tallied three goals to lead the Explorers.

St. Joseph’s Prep 12, Archbishop Carroll 3

Peter Gayhardt scored three goals to pace the Prep.

Academy New Church 14, Holy Ghost Prep 6

Jesse Frazier scored six goals to pace ANC

Michael Major had three goals and an assist for HGP.

Interboro 11, Sun Valley 3

Chris Hummel collected three goals and an assist and Chuck Kelly had 13 saves for the Bucs.

Perkiomen Valley 13, Pottsgrove 2

Connor Dee had three goals and two assists and Peyton Rieser won 12 of 13 face-offs for PV.

Methacton 18, Boyertown 5

Michael Del Vecchio scored six goals and Connor Derrickson added four goals and five assists to pace the Warriors.

Parkland 14, Allentown Central Catholic 6

Joe Wolf led ACC with three goals.
