From Press Release
NXTsports is excited to announce that the Comcast family of networks will broadcast the semifinals and championship game of the inaugural Inter-Ac Challenge.
The Inter-Ac Challenge, the Philadelphia area’s private school lacrosse championship, features the Inter-Ac League’s six member schools as well as six guest schools from Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The Challenge’s semifinals and championship game will be played Friday, May 15 and Monday, May 18, respectively, at PPL Park. The semifinals will be at 5 and 7:30 p.m., while the championship will be at 7 p.m on The Comcast Network.
“This allows us to partner with the world’s leader in media and technology,” Inter-Ac Challenge Director and NXT Director of Showcase Lacrosse Brett Manney said. “Comcast’s ability to broadcast the semifinals and final over its family of networks for the Mid-Atlantic to watch the area’s best lacrosse is exciting. This also allows us to showcase the games to people who can’t make the game but now have a platform to see high school lacrosse on television.”
The semifinals and championship will be broadcast live and each game will be replayed at least two more times. The semifinals will be replayed on CSN Philadelphia on Saturday, May 16 at 2 and 4 p.m. and again on The Comcast Network at 8:30 and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 17.
The final will be replayed on The Comcast Network on Wednesday, May 20 at 8 p.m. and on CSN Philadelphia on Friday, May 22 at 7 p.m.. Visit the Inter-Ac Challenge’s official website at inter-ac-challenge.com for more information and to purchase tickets.
