The Black Bear Lacrosse Club still has spots remaining for its Winter 1 Off Season Training Program held at 422Sports in Pottstown PA. Sessions are open to ALL PLAYERS grades 3rd through 12th grade.
Black Bear’s sessions focus on position specific training(Attack, Midfield, LSM, Mid/FO, Defense, Goalie) to develop a players skill set within their position focusing on the Quality of training with emphasis on technique. Players also will develop their footwork, fundamentals, and developing a players lacrosse IQ. Sessions are led by Black Bear’s elite coaching staff and coordinated by Director of Off-Season Training Coach Bryan Churchey.
