Registration is open for John Nostrant youth lacrosse camps.
John Nostrant has been running youth lacrosse camps for boys for over 20 years. Nostrant, who has won 12 Inter-Ac titles and is entering his 23rd season at The Haverford School, will run four camp sessions this summer. In addition to Nostrant, Mark Petrone, one of his top assistants will also work the camps.
“I am excited to have Camp Director, Mark Petrone back for another summer. Mark brings expert lacrosse knowledge and a passion for developing young lacrosse players,” said Nostrant.
Along with Nostrant and Petrone, Kevin Wallace, Head Lacrosse Coach at Eastern University and Mike DelGrande, Head Lacrosse Coach at Springside Chestnut Hill, will provide instruction at camps this summer. These coaches bring a wealth of lacrosse experience and impressive resumes.
Nostrant, co-owner of Mesa Fresh Fever Lacrosse Club, feels with the explosion of club lacrosse, “now more than ever we need to get back to the basics.” There will be time spent on position fundamentals and skill development. Nostrant feels that the consistent reps the boys receive at the camp is critical to their development and something that all parents and players need to embrace and encourage.
Nostrant Lacrosse Camps will be offering four sessions at different locations:
Session 1 from June 15-18 at Eastern University
Session 2 from June 22-25 at The Haverford School
Session 3 from July 6-9 at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy
Session 4 from July 13-16 at The Haverford School.
