Registration is open for the Pennsbury High School boys lacrosse fall league for high school and middle school.
This year the league switches to a full field format rather than 7v7. The 10v10 format will provide teams the opportunity to play in full field situations just as they do during the spring season.
There are openings for high school teams and individuals (varsity and JV) who do not have a team; as well as middle school (5th-6th and 7th-8th) players.
The Details:
Important: If a player does not have a team registered, we will assign them to a team.
When: Sundays, September 21 – October 26 (Rain date 11/2 if needed) 9:00am-12noon (may be modified based of number of teams registered)
Where: Pennsbury High School – 705 Hood Blvd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030 (please note that this is a new location)
Who: High school Varsity, Junior Varsity and 5th-8th graders
Cost: $75.00 per player. $85.00 after September 15th.
Description:
· Games are played on a full field with 10 v 10
· Two 25 minute running half’s with a 3 minute halftime
· 2 referees per game
· Pinnies provided for all players
· Players must play the ball, take-out checks are not permitted. Bravehearts will be used to break ties.
New This Year:
· Clinics run by local college coaches and players. Details to follow in September
· All Star Game – There will be an All Star game during the last weekend of the league
