Graduation Year: 2015

Position: Goalie

College Choice: Virginia Wesleyan College (ConnectLAX college profile)

Lacrosse Honors: 2014-Top 205 All-Star, YAIAA All-County Goalie, 1st Team, and All-Star: 2013-Brine National All-American, YAIAA All-County Goalie, 2nd Team: 2012 – PA Keystone Team and YAIAA Division II Goalie, Varsity starter since Freshman year and 2014 Captain

What will you major in/study? Environmental Studies

Why did you choose Virginia Wesleyan? “At first I chose Virginia Wesleyan because of the location and the academics they offer. After visiting and seeing the sense of family the team has I knew it was where I wanted to be and Coach (J.P.) Stewart and Coach (Luke) Reilly are great guys.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “We will have a lot of talent this year and a new Coach. We’ve played together a few years and are going to be ready to win the County championship.”

Thank You: “I want to thank Coach Grant Zimmerman. Coach Grant taught me things about lacrosse I wouldn’t know without him and most of all he taught me about being a good man.

“I want to thank Coach Mandy Hudson, my first goalie coach at Hereford Rec who taught me the fundamentals I needed to begin as a goalie, and Coach Phil Bates for everything he does for lacrosse in York County.

“Also, my parents for all their support and for the opportunities they have given me.”

Other schools considered: Lynchburg and Salisbury
