Cori M. Grobes log:

Cori Grobes (Right)

High School: Roxborough High School

Graduation Year: 2014

Position: Midfield

College Choice: Delaware Valley College

Club Affiliations: Wet Bandits, TREF Tomahawks

Major lacrosse honors: Philly Showcase, Philly Metro Team

What will you major in/study? Sport Management

Why did you choose Del Val? “The reason I choose Delaware Valley College, it felt like home. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The campus is amazing, and everyone is just so friendly. Coach (Gary) Mercadante has a plan for the team in the upcoming years and that is what I liked most about committing to play for him. He wants each and every player to strive for nothing but greatness on and off the field.”

Outlook for your High School team? “This year my team is looking very good, returning three mid-fielders including me, and returning all attackers. We are looking to rebuild at defense a little, only returning one or two defenders. We will work hard this year and strive for nothing less but greatness.”

Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my family, coaches and friends for all the support they have given me through my High School career of lacrosse and academics.”
