High School: Quakertown Community High School

Graduation Year: 2015

Position: Midfield

College Choice: Delaware Valley College

Club Affiliation: Bucks Select

Lacrosse Honors: Gold Medal at 2014 Keystone Games

What will you major in/study? Media/Communications

Why did you choose Del-Val? “I chose Delaware Valley because I was comfortable there. I felt like as soon as I step on the practice field I can help make an impact on this team. Coach (Gary) Mercadante and the rest of the staff made me feel right at home when I stepped on campus.

“Beyond lacrosse Delaware Valley is an amazing school with a perfect campus and has various majors I would love to focus on. Playing lacrosse here and focusing on school work won’t be a hassle and I knew Delaware Valley had everything I wanted in a college.”

Outlook for next season? “At Quakertown we are struggling to get a PIAA team so we are fighting to provide our students with a club team. In past years we have had club teams and participated with other teams. I am very hopeful about our chances to be able to participate in spring lacrosse this year.”

Thank You: “I would like to recognize my mother and father and siblings for helping me all along the way. They never gave up on me pursing college lacrosse. I appreciate the time, effort, love and money they put into my love of the game and I can’t put all the appreciation I have for my family and friends into words.

“I will miss being around all my Quakertown brothers. The practices and games will always be remembered and I am so thankful to have spent my years with these guys. Without my friends, family and teachers I would have never been able to get here today and I am so appreciative to all these people.”
