La Costa Canyon (CA) 2017 goalie Mac Molloy has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Delaware.

Mac Molloy log:

Mac Molloy

High school: La Costa Canyon, CA

Position: Goalie

Year of graduation: 2017

College choice: University of Delaware (ConnectLAX college profile)

Club affiliations:
212 Lacrosse, FCA National, West Coast Starz

Lacrosse honors: Team playoff MVP (Coaches Award) on CIF championship team as freshman, Jake Reed Blue Chip (twice), Player Who Impressed at Adrenaline Fall Invitational by Recruiting Rundown

Intended major: Broadcast Editing or Business

Why did you choose Delaware? “I chose Delaware because there are many options when it comes to choosing my major so if I was to change my mind on my major I would have other choices.”

Outlook for HS team in 2015: “This year we got the guys working out in the off season because we all know how hard it is to win a back-to-back CIF championship. I think we’ll be a strong defensive team and we’re looking for some sophomore and juniors to step up offensively.”

Other comemnts: “I’d like to thank my family and my coaches (Jesse Foss, Drew Wardlow, and Mike Acee) for giving me guidance for the last couple of years. I wouldn’t have these opportunities without them.”

Other schools considered: Air Force, Navy
