Jared Feuer

High School: Quince Orchard High School, MD

Graduation Year: 2015

Position: Defense\LSM

College Choice: Delaware Valley College

Club Affiliation: Performance Lacrosse

Lacrosse Honors: Two year varsity starter, Stevenson University and UNC prospect camps

Academic Honors: Science National Honor Society, High School Ambassador Program

What will you major in/study? Criminal Justice

Why did you choose Del-Val? “I knew Delaware Valley was the right college for me on my first visit. Everyone was very welcoming and the campus is exceptionally beautiful. I also believe that Coach (Gary) Mercadante’s new lacrosse program offers an exciting opportunity for players to excel on and off the field.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “Last year we were a team primarily made up of juniors. This year we’ll return as seniors with highly skilled players at every position. In my opinion, we have a level of talent and drive that gives us a great opportunity to win a regional championship.”

Thank You: “I would like to thank my high school coach David Gonzalez, and his assistants Brian Megill and Griffin Vehar for sharpening my skills. I’d also like to thank Performance coaches Craig Aronoff, Sam Futrovsky and owner Ray Megill for their awesome guidance.

“Finally, a special thank you to my family for their complete support throughout my recruitment process. I couldn’t have done it without them.”

Other schools considered: Widener, Shenandoah, Susquehanna
