Joe Wolf

High School: Allentown Central Catholic

Graduation Year: 2017

Position: ATT/MF

College Choice: Cornell University (admissions process) (ConnectLAX college profile)

Club Affiliation: Dukes LC, Big 4

Major lacrosse honors, All-Star teams, Camps, Showcases: Sweetlax Invitational Most Impressive List, Varsity Letter Winner 2014

Academic honors, service projects): Magma and Summa Cum Laude Honors freshman year.

What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose the school? “I chose Cornell University because it was the perfect combination of outstanding academics and an elite lacrosse program. Cornell hosts a beautiful campus with a great local atmosphere and a perfect distance from home. The lacrosse alumni network is also a great asset. In addition, Coach Kerwick and Milliman are tremendous coaches, as well as people.”

Thoughts on the season/outlook for next season? “We will have a lot of young talent this year. We will be inexperienced, but will have the talent to make up for it. Our goal is to win the LVC and District 11 Championship.”

Other comments: “I’d first like to thank my family for all the time and support they have given me. I would also like to thank coaches Ebe Helm, Jason Christmas, Billy McKinney, and Eric Gregg for all the support throughout the process and helping me take my game to the next level. Thank you to Dan Dolphin for serving as a great high school coach. Lastly, I would like to thank Tim Conway and the Skyhawks lacrosse program for coaching me all throughout my youth years.”

Other schools considered? Princeton, Penn State, Lehigh
