Sun Valley junior midfield/attack Carson Adelberger has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Central Connecticut State University.

Why did you choose the school? “Everything from the academics, athletic facilities, coaches, and the team made me feel like CCSU was the perfect place for me to be.”
HS team’s outlook for next season? “We had a rough season, but with the help of our new coach we are looking to improve and really make our mark next year.”
Other comments: “I’d like to thank my family, but especially my mom and dad. They’ve always been my biggest supporters and they did everything they could to push me to be the best that I could be. I’d also like to thank my former club coach, Beth Smiley, and present club coach, Meagan DiCave, for teaching me so much more about the game of lacrosse. These two have helped me realize what I’m capable of doing while out on the field. Lastly, I’d like to thank my high school coach, Allison Burns; in the short time she’s coached me she’s helped me become a stronger player and made me test my limits.”
