Council Rock South High School 2016 defender Anna DiDonato has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Wagner College.

Why did you choose Wagner? “I loved the coaches, the team and the campus, and I’ll be close to family. Wagner offers a unique five year Physician Assistant Program, which is my career goal.”
Thank You: “I want to thank Tri-State’s director, Sue Montegari, for her guidance, my Tri-State club coach, Christie Cooper, for helping me step up my level of play and teaching me to be a better defensive player. My high school coach Ashley Muenker for pushing me and giving me confidence.
“My sister Laura gave me tons of support and made me laugh on rough days, my Dad for all the true opinions and telling me to always have fun, and my Mom, for driving me all around, and for all her support.
“I’d also like to thank Coach John, who has been my coach since I was 5, and probably the biggest influence in my athletic career. Thank you for teaching me about sportsmanship and about being a good teammate, always encouraging me to do my best while having fun. Thanks also to Coach Paul for being very encouraging and pushing me to do my best.”
