What will you major in/study? Biology/Science
Why did you choose Quinnipiac? “I chose Quinnipiac because it has everything I’m looking for in a school and a team. The school has the academic major I’m interested in, the location and size I’m looking for, and a really beautiful campus with some amazing athletic facilities. I had a great experience when I met the coaches and players and I knew that Quinnipiac was a perfect fit for me.”
Outlook for your High School team? “I’m really excited for this coming season. We have a number of really talented and experienced returning players and we have a lot of great new players who will really contribute to building onto the success we’ve had in the last couple of years. I think we’re going to reach the next level this season, especially with the guidance from our coaches. Also, we’re a really close team that supports each other, and that goes a long way. I think this is going to be our year in the AACA.”
Additional Comments: “I’ve been so lucky and proud to be a part of the Ultimate Lacrosse Team. Thanks to my Ultimate Coaches, Chelsea Rosiek and Lindsey Colferai and especially Michele DeJuliis for giving me guidance and advice to help me achieve my dream of continuing my lacrosse career into college.
“Thanks to my GMAHS coaches, Deb Lawlor and Will Henry, for guiding me and motivating me to be the best person/player I can be.
“Shout out to the coaches at Bulldogs Lacrosse! Coaches Deb Andress and Betsy Dougherty instilled in me the love of lacrosse from first grade. They are awesome people to learn from and I want them, along with all the other Bulldogs coaches who have given their time and efforts to teach youth lacrosse, to know what a positive impact they had on me.
“Also I’ve been so fortunate to have the most amazing teammates. They’re all such talented players and really great girls!
“I can’t thank my family enough for always being there going to games, practices and tournaments. My mom is my biggest fan and I can always count on her to be on the sidelines cheering me on. My sister has always been a mentor to me and I’m so happy she and my brother got me started playing the game.”
