Manheim Township High School 2015 attackman Chris Augeri has made a commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Salisbury University.

Chris Augeri log:

Chris Augeri
Chris Augeri

High School: Manheim Township High School

Graduation Year: 2015

Position: Attack

College Choice: Salisbury University

Club Affiliation: Low and Away Lacrosse

Lacrosse Honors: Baltimore Summer Kickoff All-Star, Under Armour Shootout All-Star, LL League Honorable Mention

What will you major in/study? Exercise Science

Why did you choose Salisbury? “Throughout the process I knew that I wanted to go to a school that I could major in Exercise Science and play a high level of lacrosse. Salisbury fit that description and its campus is the perfect size for me. I also felt very comfortable with Coach (Jim) Berkman and his staff as they described what Salisbury is all about and told me their plans for the future. After visiting the campus with my family we felt that it was the right place for me.”

Outlook for 2015 HS season? “I am very excited to play this spring because we have a good distribution of talent through all of the classes which should give us the depth that is needed to achieve our goals that we set for the team.”

Thank You: “I want to thank Coach Wimer, Coach Dave, and Coach Chris for their guidance throughout the process and for always pushing me to be a better player.

“I also want to thank all of my teammates from Low and Away and Manheim Township because none of this would have happened without you, and I have had a lot of fun playing with all of you guys over the years.

“Lastly, I want to thank my family for always supporting me throughout the entire process, and making it easier with their guidance.”
