Why did you choose the school? “I chose Johns Hopkins first for the outstanding academics. Adding on to this was the coaching staff and tradition. Coach (Dave) Pietramala, and the rest of the staff made me feel like they cared about me more as a person then a player, which was very important to me. The tradition at Johns Hopkins is unparalleled to any other in college lacrosse and I wanted to be a part of that tradition.”

HS team’s outlook for this season? “We have great senior leadership with a lot of young talent. The goal is to win the PCL and get to states.”

Other comments: “I’d first like to thank my parents for everything they do for me. They always put me in the best possible position to be successful and I couldn’t appreciate it more. I would also like to thank my sister, Raquel, and my grandparents for the support they give me with being at all my games.

“I would also like to thank Coach Ebe, Coach Christmas, and Coach Leahy. All of your support, advice, and help throughout the process were amazing and I cannot thank you all enough.

“Thank you to Coach McKinney and Coach Gregg. Your coaching over the past three years has brought my game to the next level. Also, I wanted to thank you for the help and support throughout the process.

“Lastly, thank you to Colin and Ryan Ambler. The skills that you guys have engrained in me from a young age have made me the player that I am today.

Other schools considered? UPenn, Princeton, Maryland, North Carolina
