From Press Release

William and Mary lacrosse head coach Brooke Ireland has announced that nine student-athletes will join the program for the 2013-14 academic year – and eight of them are from Philly.

The talented incoming class includes six midfielders, an attacker, a defender and a goalkeeper.

“I am very excited for my first recruiting class to join the Tribe program,” head coach Brooke Ireland said. “These nine young women are exceptional not only on the field, but also in the classroom.

“I believe that they will contribute right away to our program and will build upon the foundation of our current team to earn the highest success that this program is capable of achieving. Their all around athleticism and drive, along with an already tight bond, will provide a very strong group.”
