Rising Sons 2019 wins U13B Championship at Patriot Games

The Rising Sons Lacrosse 2019 team won the U-13B bracket championship at the Patriot Games tournament on July 20-21 in Pipersville, Pa.

Rising Sons champions: Rising Sons champions - Pictured:  Stowie Milhous, Jackson Powers, Brad Hart, Connor Whalen, Kyle Gucwa, Collin Hurley, Tim Mitchell, Connor Donovan, Jeff Benson, Matthew Civitella, Patrick Billings, Evan Lotz, Jack Spence, Sage Garito, Chase Rondeau, Claudio Chieffo, Brady McFalls, and Gavin McGill.  Coaching Staff:  Tad Doyle - Director, Mike Garito - Head Coach, Kris Gucwa - Asst Coach, Stowe Milhous - Asst Coach, Jeff Lotz - Asst Coach.

Rising Sons defeated Tri State 6-3 in the title game. Rising Sons enjoyed a commanding 39 “goals for” to only 9 “goals against” advantage through the two-day tournament.

All three Rising Sons teams advanced to the championship game in their respective divisions. The 2020’s fell 4-3 in the U11A Finals to the Looney’s Lacrosse Club and the 2021’s fell 6-2 to Team 91 in the 11B Finals.

The coaching Staff inclouded: Tad Doyle – Director, Mike Garito – Head Coach, Kris Gucwa – Asst Coach, Stowe Milhous – Asst Coach, Jeff Lotz – Asst Coach.
