Springfield-Delco senior attackman Vince Marra has made a commitment to play Division III lacrosse at Widener University.

Why did you choose Widener? “Widener is very close to home so I can stay in touch with my family. It has a great lacrosse program and a lot of pride and tradition in the school.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “To play for District and State Titles.”
Additional Comments: “I want to thank all my coaches over the years, Tom Lemieux, Jason Orlando, Rory Friel, John Gallucci Sr., and Rory Murray. Without the coaching I’ve gotten over the years during the spring and summer, I wouldn’t have gotten to the skill level I have reached today. Thanks to my Mom and Dad for driving me to all my practices and tournaments even to the ones like 6 hours away.”
