Registration is open for the Duke’s HHH/Big 4 Mini Camps, for serious middle school lacrosse players interested in taking their game to the next level. Participants will develop skills in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Big 4

The Mini Camps will take place on Aug. 6, 8, 13 and 15 at Penn Charter from 9am – 3pm. Penn Charter is located at 3000 W. School House Lane – Philadelphia, PA 19144. The cost for the Mini Camps is $120 per session, or $400 for all four sessions.

The Mini Camps mark the start of the evaluation process for the ’13-’14 Duke’s Triple H, and Big 4 club seasons. Both clubs use an “open” or “rolling” tryout process that concludes at the formal tryout in October. There will be a 6th, a 7th, and an 8th grade team during the ’13-’14 club season.

Both clubs practice year round, on a weekly basis (Sunday afternoons for 1.5 hours) at Penn Charter. Both Clubs encourage players to play multiple sports throughout the year and set their schedule in a manner that allows players to do so.

The Mini Camp Directors are Billy McKinney and Eric Gregg. McKinney and Gregg have coached at the youth, high school, and collegiate level. Both have played at the professional level.

9:00 – 11:00 Skill building Session
11:00 – 11:30 Camp Speech
