The Air Force lacrosse team closed out its fall season on Friday when it hosted a scrimmage versus Notre Dame at the Cadet Turf Field where a number of Philly players geared for the spring season.

Air Force, which had its first scheduled fall trip cancelled due to the government shutdown, competed in its second scrimmage of the season with a 10-6 win. The Falcons’ first action came on Oct. 12, as the team traveled to downtown Colorado Springs to face Colorado College.
After Friday’s scrimmage, the Falcons helped lead the Irish through the ropes course at the Academy on Saturday morning before attending the Air Force-Notre Dame football game Saturday afternoon.
Air Force features junior attackman Keith Dreyer (Malvern Prep; 10 goals, 26 assists last year) and sophomore defenseman Alex Warden (Garnet Valley), sophomore midfielder Brenden Coleman (Central Bucks East), senior defenseman Eric Lenke (Strath Haven), junior midfielder Warren Kuhn (Central Bucks East) and freshman goalie Mitch Rose (Garnet Valley).
Notre Dame features senior defenseman Stephen O’Hara (St. Joseph’s Prep), senior face-off specialist Liam O’Connor (Haverford School), senior attackman/midfielder Westy Hopkins (La Salle/Lawrenceville School), sophomore midfielder Adam Goins (Conestoga), sophomore goalie Conor Kelly (Haverford School), sophomore defenseman Jack Sheridan (Malvern Prep), and freshman attackman Anthony Marini and freshman face-off specialist PJ Finley (Malvern Prep/Lawrenceville School).
