The tryout dates and coaches have been named for the Philly boys’ and girls’ teams that will compete in the annual Under Armour Underclassmen Games July 5-7 at Towson University’s Johnny Unitas Stadium.

The Underclassman Games will again feature ten teams, both boys and girls, who will battle it out in a pool play tournament. We will hold tryouts and will select non-senior players from ten regions around the nation.
The Under Armour Elite Stars will represent Baltimore, Long Island (NY), Upstate New York, the Midwest, Philadelphia, New England, New Jersey, the South, Washington, D.C., and the West. The teams will come to Baltimore on July 5th – 7th to participate in the tournament in front of lacrosse fans and college coaches. Each team will play four games in pool play with the top two seeds from each division advance to the Final Four to declare an Underclass Championship.
ELIGIBILITY: Boys and girls who, in July 2013, will have just completed their freshman (grad. year – 2016), sophomore (grad year- 2015) or junior (grad year- 2014) season. You must live within the geographic region** for the team you are trying out for and be in good academic standing.
SELECTION: Each player must register for their geographic region.
Players will be judged by a panel of knowledgeable sources including coaching experts from that region. Each team will consist of a maximum of 24 players and will be chosen based on position and their performance at that day’s tryout. Walk up registration will cost $160 for boys and $105 for girls.
