Nike/US Lacrosse Girls’ Rankings: Moorestown is No. 5

Unbeaten McDonogh (Md.), winner of 84 consecutive games, has improved to 15-0 and received all first-place votes to remain No. 1 in the Nike/US Lacrosse High School Girls’ Lacrosse National Top 25 poll, released today by US Lacrosse. The poll appears as part of Lacrosse Magazine’s bi-weekly report on high school girls’ lacrosse at laxmagazine.com/hsg25.

The Eagles have cruised through four recent games in the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland, outscoring opponents 74-25 in that stretch. No. 2 St. Stephen’s and St. Agnes (Va.) and No. 3 Garden City (N.Y.) also remain unbeaten at 17-0 and 8-0, respectively. St. Anthony’s (N.Y.) returned to the Top 10 after a win over then-No. 10 Notre Dame (Mass.).
