Upper Dublin senior defender Anna Petrucci has committed to play Division III lacrosse at the University of Scranton.

Why did you choose the school? “I chose Scranton because after visiting the school and touring the campus I could tell it was a good fit for me. The coaches and the girls on the team were awesome and it really made me look forward to going there for the next four years.”
What are your thoughts on this past HS lacrosse season/team’s outlook for next season? “With many returning varsity starters and our amazing coaches we hope to have another great season ahead of us.”
Other comments: “I want to thank my parents who have been my biggest supporters from the beginning. I would also like to thank Coach Dee Cross who was always pushing me to improve and who helped me become the player I am today. She really encouraged me to pursue lacrosse in college and now I am very thankful she did. Lastly, thank you to Coach Finger and Coach Sundling for their constant support both on and off the field.”
