North Penn High School junior midfield-defender Emily Schulze has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at La Salle University.
Emily Schulze log:

High School: North Penn High School
Graduation Year: 2015
Position: Midfield/Defense
College Choice: La Salle University
Club Affiliation: PA Pride
Major lacrosse honors: 3rd Team All-League, Heart Hustle Desire Award, Most Improved Player Freshman Year
What will you major in/study? Early Education
Why did you choose La Salle? “The moment I walked on campus, I loved the atmosphere of the school and how it has such strong academics. The school was a perfect size it wasn’t too big and it wasn’t too small. Also, the team is great, they have such positive energy and I think that is because they have good chemistry and also because of their coaches.”
Outlook for your High School team? “We are a young team this year, but the age does not coincide with the intensity everyone brings. We are practicing harder and being more competitive this year. So come spring, the team should be ready for a great season.”
Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my parents. They have been by my side the whole process and have been my biggest fans. I especially want to thank my High School Coach, Jami Wilus Behm for always pushing me to do better and making me the player I am today. I also want to thank my club coach for giving the opportunity to develop as a player.”
