NXTsports invites the public to attend Andy Hayes’ coaching lecture – Lacrosse 3.0: Drills to Play Fast and Develop Offensive I.Q. – at 1:30pm Saturday on the U.S. Lacrosse Convention’s Live Field.
Hayes, the Head Boys’ Lacrosse Coach at Episcopal Academy and the President of NXT, will be joined on the Live Demo field by members of his Episcopal Academy varsity squad, and also by members of the Trashcan Lacrosse Club youth teams.
In this talk, he will present “core” drills that should be used at every age level to encourage fast play. Accordingly, he will discuss and the players will demonstrate how minor changes in these drills can modify them for peak effectiveness when working with age groups from as young as U-11 all the way up through high school practices.
The U.S. Lacrosse Convention is taking place this weekend at the Pennsylvania Convention Center at 12th and Market Streets in Philadelphia.
