The BIG EAST Men’s Lacrosse Championship schedule has been set, and the Villanova Wildcats (6-7, 5-1) have earned the No. 1 overall seed and will face No. 4 Georgetown (6-8, 3-3) at 7 p.m. at Villanova Stadium Thursday in the second semifinal game of the day. The game will be televised live on ESPN3/WatchESPN.com and replayed on tape delay.
No. 2 seeded Syracuse ( 11-3, 5-1) will face the third-seeded Notre Dame Fighting Irish (10-3, 4-2) at 4:30 pm for semifinal one and the contest will be televised live on ESPNU.
The winners of each semifinal will face off in the Championship game at Noon on Saturday, May 4th. The winner will earn the BIG EAST automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.
