Downingtown West senior attackman Mike Peppelman has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Ursinus College.

Why did you choose Ursinus? “Ursinus is both the ideal distance from home and size for me. I really like where Coach (Jamie) Steele, Coach (David) Page, and Coach (Gary) Mercadante are taking the program.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “West graduated a lot of great players last year, but I believe that we still have a lot of talent left. Our goal is to win another league championship and a state championship.”
Additional comments: “I’d like to thank my mom, sister and my dad who have always supported me. I’d also like to thank Coach Paul Stankewicz, who has always been a mentor to me both on and off the field. Also, I want to thank the coaching staff and admissions at Ursinus who helped make my decision a very easy one.”
