Freehold (N.J.) senior midfielder Justin Albarran has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Chestnut Hill College.

Major lacrosse honors: 2nd team All Division A-North, All- FRHSD honorable mention recognition

What will you major in/study:
Criminal Justice

Why did you chose Chestnut Hill? “I chose Chestnut Hill because I loved the coaching staff and the the team. Coach Doc (Brian Dougherty) is a great coach and person. I’m very excited to be playing for him. It’s a great atmosphere and people as well. Everything about it was perfect.”

Outlook for your high school team: “We are returning all starters and are looking to make a run to be the top team in the Shore Conference. I want to lead the team to a State Championship.”

Other comments: “I would like to thank my parents for always supporting me for what I’ve accomplished. I would like to thank my High School Coaches, Mike Ferrando and Josh Orlinsky. I’d Also like to thank my club coaches, Steve Carcaterra and Ric Beardsley, for helping me throughout this process.”
