Garnet Valley junior attack Ashley Pyle has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at West Chester University.

Major lacrosse honors: Honorable Mention All-Central League, 47 goals as sophomore; member of state championship team.

What will you major in/study? Elementary Education
Why did you choose school? “The coaching staff and the program were exactly what I was looking for. It was a lot like my school team. It’s a really good school for education and I like the surrounding area; it’s like a little city.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “I think we have to look at the big picture and not too get ahead of ourselves. We can’t think that because we won states last year we’re going to win it again; there are lots of good teams out there and we have to work harder to get to where we want to be.”
