What will you major in/study? Elementary and/or Special Education

Why did you choose school? “I chose Winthrop because I want to be a part of a new program where I have the opportunity to contribute on the field as a freshman. Academically, the school offers the programs I want to study, and Winthrop’s location (Rock Hill, S.C.) is appealing to me.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “I am excited about the upcoming season, and believe that our team has the potential to go far. We have a solid group of returning varsity players, and a number of strong underclassmen. We have great team chemistry and are ready to start the season.”

Other comments: “First, I would like to thank my SEPA coaches (Paula Norsoph, Mary Jo Seifert, and Lisa Daugherty) for their inspiration and for teaching me how to play for the love of the game. Also, a special thanks to my high school coach (Laura Capuano) who never stopped believing in me. Finally, to my parents, thank you so much for being there for me through the hard times and for supporting my decision. I couldn’t have done it without you!”
