Clearview Regional (N.J.) senior attack Julie Sutton has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Alvernia College.

Why did you choose Alvernia: “I chose Alvernia because it was the right fit for me and the coach (Kelly McCloskey) sold me in. She will guide me to success and make me a better lacrosse player and individual. Also, the team is great and very interactive.”
Outlook for 2012 HS season: “Clearview is going to be very good. We lost a lot of great players but no doubt the team this year is going to impress everyone and be stronger than ever. We have heart soul and dedication that will bring us to a winning season.”
Other comments: “I would like to thank my coaches Megan Conklin and Majorie Daniels for making me the best lacrosse player i could be and making me strive to acheive my higher goals.”
