New Hope-Solebury senior midfielder-face-off specialist Tyler Nangle has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Bellarmine University.

Academic honors: Distinguished honors every semester
What will you major in/study? Business
Why did you choose the school? “I chose Bellarmine because I felt like it was the best fit for me both academically and athletically. The school atmosphere is great and the guys on the team are very welcoming. After meeting with Coach (Kevin) Burns and Coach (Jim) Mitchell during my official visit I knew they understood my skills as a lacrosse player and made feel confident I could contribute to the team. I look forward to competing against some of the best competition in the country.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “We hope to have a good season. We are returning a solid group of seniors. We will have to get some strong contribution from the younger and new players, but we trust our coaching staff and hope to be in contention for the playoffs this year.”
