What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose Boston University? “There were many reasons. BU is a strong academic school, especially the School of Management. Also, the city of Boston is a great place to live and attend college. Coach Polley really made me feel welcomed on the campus and his personal attention meant a lot to me. It is an exciting opportunity to be a member of the first lacrosse team at BU.”

What is your outlook for your high school team next season? “Last season was a great year in which we won our conference division. Unfortunately, all of our starting middies and defenseman from last year have graduated. But I am confident that the team will come together and have a solid year in a tough conference.”

Additional comments: “I want to thank my coaches with the Shamrocks, Bill Keane and Mike Yarusso. Coach Keane’s experience was invaluable in the recruiting process. I also want to thank my high school coach, Steve Picot, who has helped me a lot with my on field development. A special thanks to Coach Mike Mackrides for his ongoing guidance and support. I need to also thank my youth coaches, Peter Cava and John Miller, who taught me everything I know about the game of lacrosse. Lastly, I want to thank my family for their time and effort in helping me with my lacrosse and school activities.”
