Longstreth girls’ recruit: Ridley senior midfielder Cericola commits to Shippensburg

Ridley senior midfielder Annemarie Cericola has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Shippensburg University.

Major lacrosse honors: Honorable Mention All-Central League; scored 29 goals in 2012; 4-year starter and Honorable Mention All-Central in soccer

Academic honors: Honor Roll

What will you major in/study?
Leaning toward a field of study in the medical field

Why did you choose the school?
“When I visited I liked the campus; it was pretty and some others were too big. I liked the team, We got along really well and it seemed fun to be a part of it.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “To play as a team and communicate better on the field.”
