Kennett rising senior midfielder Krissy Gallivan has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Temple University.

What will you major in/study? International Business
Why did you choose Temple? “I chose Temple because it not only has a strong lacrosse program, but more importantly its academic program is one of the best. I love the city atmosphere and being pretty close to home. Bonnie, Jen, and Julianna are great and I felt right at home as soon as I walked on the campus. Plus, I love watching other sports and being part of the Big East will be great!”
What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “Next season we are going to be the strongest team Kennett has ever had. We have a large group of seniors that will really be great leaders. Everybody has been working hard in the off-season and our coach, Dale Watkins has brought us a long way.”
Additional Comments: “I would like to thank my parents for always supporting me; they rarely missed any of my sporting events. Also a thank you to my club coach Kim Cudmore for all of her dedication and inspiration. Coach Watkins deserves a huge thank you for really helping me develop my game, but above all, my younger sisters for being my biggest fans.”
