Lower Bucks Lacrosse has announced that the organization will be hosting the Philadelphia Area Girls Lacrosse Association (PAGLA) East Championships this week at Middletown Community Park in Langhorne. Lower Bucks last hosted this event in 2008.

The semi-finals will be played on Wednesday. The first game, at 5:00 p.m., will feature the Lower Bucks Orange Crush vs. the Wissahickon 7th/8th grade A team. The second game, at 6:30 p.m., will feature the OLMC Lady Bulldogs vs. the Chestnut Hill 7th/8th grade A team. The finals, featuring the two semi-final winners, will take place on Friday, June 1 at 6:30 p.m.

The Lower Bucks Orange Crush is comprised of 7th and 8th grade girls primarily from the Pennsbury and Neshaminy school districts. The Crush ended the regular season with an 8-1 record, and are the #2 seed in the tournament.

The event will showcase the best of middle school girls lacrosse in the area, and the public is invited to attend. Any updates, including weather, schedule changes, and results, will be posted on the Lower Bucks website home page, at www.lowerbuckslacrosse.org
