The Germantown Academy boys’ and girls’ lacrosse teams recently held their fifth annual Katie Samson fundraising dinner.

The Germantown Academy boys' and girls' lacrosse teams held their annual fundraiser for the Katie Samson Lacrosse Festival, which will be held Saturday at Radnor High. Both teams will be competing; at far left is GA boys' assistant David Samson, brother of Katie Samson.

Over 100 family, friends, and faculty attended and showed their support for the event, which will be held Saturday at Radnor High. One of the attendees was GA boys’ assistant coach and faculty member David Samsom, brother of Katie Samson.

The annual mixer is a fun event anticipated by everyone for its lively atmosphere, terrific food, and mostly for our support of an event that has raised more than $1 million for spinal cord research.
