College Major: “I have a few ideas but at this time I am undecided.”
Why I choose to be a Nittany Lion: “I really felt at home at Penn State! It has everything I am looking for in a University; academics, size, location and a competitive lacrosse program. Coach (Jeff) Tambroni is an outstanding coach and I am looking forward to contributing to the program he is building and being a part of the Nittany Lions Lacrosse Family.”
2012 High School Team outlook: “I am really excited for CB East Lacrosse this year. Last year’s seniors took our program to such a high point that I think this year’s crew can take us over the edge to the next level. Being lead by a great group of coaches and seniors, and having plenty of talent across the board, I have high hopes for this year and can’t wait to start.”
Recruiting Process: “I didn’t expect the recruiting process to happen as early as it did. I made a list of what I was interested in and identified the schools so when the opportunity came to contact them it made the process more manageable.”
Other schools considered: Maryland, Notre Dame, The Ohio State University, Harvard Princeton.
Other Comments: “I just want to thank everyone that has had an impact on my lacrosse development. First, I would like to thank my parents for providing me with constant support and inspiration in my athletics and academics. I wouldn’t have been able to get this far without my parents’ dedication and my dad’s constant push to achieve the best I could. I would like to thank my sister for getting me into lacrosse and helping me stick with it.
“I would like to thank Duke’s Lacrosse Club Coaches Ebe Helm, Jason Christmas, Chris Fallon, Mike Mackrides and the rest of the Duke’s coaching staff for their coaching and guidance. I would like to thank my High School Coaches, Bruce Garcia and Paul McGovern, my Central Bucks Athletics Coaches Steve Hogan, Brian Zappala and Brad Ament (who coached me since the 4th grade) and my Penn Star and Mesa Fresh Coaches Pat Carney and Peter Scott for their coaching and continued support.”
